Jay woke up late because he worked late so I spent the morning watching TV. In the afternoon we took a drive into the city, checked out the malls and had some Taco Time with desert of Soy Iced Coffee. On the way back we stopped at a park and watched pelicans catch catfish. I was pumped, I had never seen a pelican before. We had a veggie stir fry for dinner then took a late night drive through Selkirk and on an epic journey to find soy milk at 2:00 in the morning. The night ended with beer, salsa and 3 episodes of How I Met Your Mother.
